Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home pediatric physical therapy services in Baytown, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license valid in Texas.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Preferred: 1+ year of pediatric or home health PT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based physical therapy in pediatric home settings.
• Conduct evaluations, reassessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement plans under supervision and deliver interventions to improve mobility and functional skills.
• Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover and coordinate with physicians.
