Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to help patients build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, home-based setting.

We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and reimbursement for CEUs and professional licenses.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
