Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in-home pediatric therapy services in The Heights, TX and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ year pediatric or home health PT experience preferred
• Experience with medically complex children preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based in-home physical therapy in the pediatric population
• Evaluate, reassess, and develop treatment plans
• Implement plans under supervision
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional independence
• Educate families and caregivers for daily carryover
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs
• Document care in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
