Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to provide in‑home pediatric physical therapy services. Full‑time and part‑time options are available, with a sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering evidence‑based therapy to improve mobility and functional independence while educating families for daily carryover. CPR and Texas PT/PTA license required.

Qualifications

• Active PT or PTA license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification
• Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home pediatric physical therapy and in-community PT services.
• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and develop treatment plans for pediatric patients (PT).
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence (PTA).
• Document care in an EMR system and coordinate with physicians and referral partners.
• Educate families to support carryover of home exercise programs.
