Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
