Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking licensed pediatric physical therapists to deliver in-home therapy across Texas. Join a clinician-owned organization dedicated to helping children build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, home-based setting.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas) required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Mansioni

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in home visits.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in electronic medical record systems.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
