Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. Sign-On Bonus: $3,000. Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options, plus strong clinical support and mentorship.

You will perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate families to support carryover at home, collaborating with physicians and the care team.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based pediatric PT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
