Job summary
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists to deliver in-home pediatric therapy across Texas, helping children develop independence and improve quality of life. Clinicians are supported within a clinician-led culture and receive mentorship, ongoing training, and license/CEU reimbursements.
The role offers full-time or part-time options with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist
- Bilingual: English and Spanish (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
