Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. The role focuses on helping children with developmental and neurological needs build independence and improve quality of life in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ year of PT experience (pediatric preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home pediatric physical therapy.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
