Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver in-home pediatric therapy across Texas, helping children with developmental and physical needs build independence and improve quality of life in the home setting.

We are clinician-led with values HALOS, offering flexible full‑time and part‑time schedules, ongoing mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and strong clinical support for delivering high-quality care in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
