Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, in-home therapy for children with developmental and neurological needs in Texas. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized plans, and deliver interventions to enhance mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

Physical Therapy degree program

PT license (Texas)

CPR certification

1 year pediatric PT experience
