Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong communication skills.
• Ability to protect PHI and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and verify information.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, and tests.
• Document calls accurately in the EMR.
• Assist with insurance verification and patient billing needs.
• Provide courteous patient interactions via phone or in person.
