Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.

• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Billing and collections experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients by phone or in person and schedule appointments.
• Register patients and update demographic information in the registration system.
• Verify insurance information and coordinate benefits when needed.
• Educate patients on financial assistance and collect payments.
• Document all interactions in the EMR accurately and completely.
