Responsibilities

• Document calls and interactions accurately in the EMR.
• Schedule patient visits, procedures, and referrals.
• Register patients and verify/update demographic and insurance information.
• Assist with insurance coordination of benefits and pre-authorizations as needed.
• Collect payments and educate patients about financial responsibilities.
• Stay updated on role responsibilities and clinic procedures to maintain high performance.
