Intermountain Health in Brighton, Colorado, is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, greeting and assisting with check-in/out and verifying information.

The role includes documenting calls in the EMR, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and helping patients complete billing-related forms while maintaining privacy and PHI protection. This is a full-time on-site position with a 40-hour work week and an hourly pay range of $18.31–$23.80.

Formación

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills (word processing & data entry).
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to protect PHI and privacy of patients.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist patients in person, on the phone, or via secure messaging.
• Document calls accurately in the EMR.
• Schedule appointments for visits, tests, referrals, or consultations.
• Verify and update patient demographic data during registration.
• Assist with insurance verification and billing forms as needed.
• Obtain required forms, IDs, and signatures.
