Qualifications

• One year of office experience, customer service experience, or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Use EPIC to schedule appointments, complete registration, check patients in/out, and manage work queues.
• Triage patient phone calls and referrals to ensure correct clinics.
• Collect co-pays and assist with prior authorizations for procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families, in person and over the phone.
• Apply newly learned clinical knowledge to daily tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.
