Qualification

• One year of office experience, customer service experience, or equivalency (one year of education can besubstituted for two years of related work experience).
• Current, valid Utah driver's license at time of hire may be required in some areas.

This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associatedrequirements. Responsibilities

Participate in on-the-job learning across a variety of topicswithin pediatric orthopedics-including diagnoses, procedures, andworkflows-so you can grow your knowledge and confidence over time.Work collaboratively with team members across all departments-werely on and learn from each other every day. Use EPIC to scheduleappointments, complete registration, check patients in/out, andmanage work queues. Triage patient phone calls and referrals (paperand electronic) to ensure patients are scheduled in the correctclinics.

Collect co-pays and assist with prior authorizations forprocedures.

Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families, bothin person and over the phone.
