Job summary

Partners in Excellence seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to manage a 1:1 OT caseload with a focus on evidence-based, client-centered care. You will perform screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy, while coordinating treatment plans and documentation in compliance with regulations.

In this role, you will work with a multidisciplinary team, mentor COTA/Ls, and contribute to a positive, energetic therapy environment for children and adults.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• OTP certification (NBCOT or AOTA) and state licensure in Minnesota/Wisconsin required.
• Experience with children and engaging, energetic approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide 1:1 OT services using evidence-based practices.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans and progress notes.
• Coordinate with treatment team and communicate progress daily.
• Supervise and mentor COTA/L staff performing OT treatments.
• Ensure safety and maintain a compliant, ethical therapy environment.
