Job summary

Partners In Excellence is seeking an Occupational Therapist Registered and Licensed (OTR/L) to manage a caseload and deliver evidence-based, person-centered care to pediatric and/or general clients in Minnesota.

The role involves screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy in a 1:1 model, under supervision as needed, with a focus on ethical practice, documentation, and collaboration with the treatment team to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OTR/L Certification with active Minnesota/Wisconsin licensure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain professional conduct.
• Strong interpersonal skills with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Document therapy services accurately and timely per regulations.
• Provide screenings, evaluations and direct therapy 1:1 model.
• Coordinate client assessments and treatment plans; track due dates.
• Work with minimal supervision following AOTA guidelines and facility policies.
• Attend meetings and provide leadership to staff; mentor COTA/L.
• Ensure safe, ethical therapy delivery and maintain client confidentiality.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the treatment team daily.
