Job summary

Aspire Therapy & Development Services in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to lead our pediatric clinical team. This leadership role combines direct patient care with supervision of 2–3 COTAs, focusing on evaluations, plans of care, and delegated interventions.

You will mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee documentation, and drive continuous professional development to deliver patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Wisconsin or eligible.
• Experience supervising COTAs or OTs is preferred.
• Clinical leadership experience in pediatrics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and establish Plans of Care.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision of 2–3 COTAs.
• Delegate caseloads and treatment interventions to COTAs.
• Review and co-sign COTA notes and reports for compliance.
• Perform periodic re-evaluations and adjust goals.
• Collaborate with families and other providers for holistic care.
• Provide clinical education and competency development for staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinic quality standards.
