Partners in Excellence is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to manage a caseload in our center. You will perform screenings, evaluations and direct therapy, coordinating treatment plans with the team to ensure client progress.

The role emphasizes ethical, client-centered care, collaboration with staff, and supervision of COTA/Ls within a productive, 75% caseload framework. This on-site position supports professional growth and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OTR/L Certification and state licensure.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Computer proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Dependable, consistent, and tactful.
• Ability to problem solve and follow supervisory direction.

Responsibilities

• Document therapy services accurately and timely in accordance with facility and Federal Regulations.
• Provide screenings, evaluations and direct therapy to clients in a 1:1 model.
• Maintain a caseload with 75% productivity delivering OT services.
• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to COTA/Ls.
• Assist with meetings and coordinate treatment plans.
