Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OTR/L Certification or eligibility and licensure in MN/WI.
• Demonstrated ability to document evaluations, plans and progress notes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload with 75% productivity.
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Document therapy services accurately and timely per regulations.
• Lead and supervise COTA/Ls providing direct OT treatment.
• Mentor and train new staff and participate in team meetings.
