Job summary

Partners In Excellence is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to manage a 75% productivity caseload for pediatric and client-focused therapy in Winona, MN. You will plan and deliver evidence-based OT services, conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans in a collaborative setting with the treatment team.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, adherence to HIPAA, and mentoring COTA/Ls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• OTR/L Certification and state licensure.
• Ability to write assessments, evaluations, and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Document therapy services accurately and timely.
• Provide screenings, evaluations and direct therapy to clients.
• Coordinate client assessments and treatment plans.
• Work with minimal supervision to provide direct therapy.
• Mentor staff and provide supervision to COTA/Ls.
• Promote ethical delivery of therapy and maintain confidentiality.
