Job summary

Aspire Therapy & Development Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to lead a small COTA team and perform evaluations, plans of care, and clinical guidance. The role combines direct patient care with supervisory responsibilities to 2–3 COTAs in a pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin OT license or eligibility.
• Experience supervising COTAs or OTs in a pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Lead client evaluations and plans of care for children.
• Supervise and mentor 2–3 COTAs in compliance with licensure acts.
• Delegate tasks based on competencies and workflows.
• Review and co-sign COTA notes and progress reports.
• Coordinate with families and other providers for holistic care.
• Provide ongoing clinical education and supervision to staff.
