Job summary

Partners In Excellence in Minnesota seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to manage a diverse caseload, provide screenings, evaluations and direct therapy in a 1:1 model, and collaborate with the treatment team to achieve client goals.

You will document progress per policies, participate in planning, mentor COTA/L staff, and uphold HIPAA, safety and ethical standards while delivering evidence-based, person-centered therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OTR/L certification and licensure in MN and/or WI.
• Proficient in documentation and progress notes per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Document therapy services accurately and timely.
• Provide screenings, evaluations and 1:1 direct therapy.
• Coordinate client assessments and track treatment plans.
• Deliver OT services with minimal supervision per AOTA policies.
• Provide leadership and supervision to COTA/Ls.
• Mentor newly hired staff and participate in rehab rounds.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of therapy spaces.
• Attend meetings and report client progress to the team.
