Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Office experience 3-5 years required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice office; schedule appointments and maintain records.
• Act as Super User for scheduling, registration and billing systems and train others.
• Provide functional guidance to Office and Practice Assistants and oversee daily activities of practice staff with supervisor support.
• Handle co-payments, prior authorizations, provider questions, prescriptions, and test results.
