Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN (or RN) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for pediatric clients in Allegheny County. This role focuses on delivering personalized care in a home setting and building meaningful connections with each child and family.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor seizures and vitals, provide g-tube care, administer medications, and communicate clearly with the care team. A valid PA license and CPR are required, along with 6 months of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience; home health OK.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What You'll Need
