Job summary
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN for 1:1 private duty pediatric care in a home setting in New Kensington, PA. This full-time overnight role provides one-on-one attention for two young siblings, delivering attentive routines and stable care.
The ideal candidate is a PA-licensed LPN or equivalent, with pediatric experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. You will work with a supportive team to ensure safe, family-centered care every night.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A caring heart, independence, and a passion for pediatric care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Perform g-tube care/feedings/aspiration precautions.
- Monitor vitals.
- Monitor seizures.
- Administer BIPAP.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Communicate clearly with the care team and family.
- Deliver exceptional, family-centered pediatric care.

🕗 Schedule: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
WEEKENDS AVAILABLE
Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for two wonderful pediatric siblings.
