Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Clinic Service Representative in Oak Creek to warmly welcome patient families and serve as a liaison between families and the clinical team. You will handle front desk functions including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and patient registration using EPIC and MyChart.

You will protect patient privacy, maintain HIPAA compliance, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service and accurate information to families and staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to operate EPIC scheduling and MyChart for registrations.
• Strong in front-desk duties and patient interactions.
• HIPAA compliance and data accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patient families and act as liaison between families and the clinical team.
• Perform front desk functions: check-in, check-out, registration, and scheduling.
• Use EPIC scheduling applications and registration workflows; manage queues.
• Assist with patient/guardian registration, releases, and information accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure patient information.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service.
