• Front Desk, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally both in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions to the best of your ability and seeks clarification when needed.
• Accesses empathy and active listening in difficult interpersonal situations.
• Coordinates escalations and urgent issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborates with site leadership to manage complex patient issues.
• Monitors patient flow during waiting and registration; assists families with self-registration.
• Keeps patient accounts up to date with demographics, insurance, and financial information while HIPAA compliant.
• Manages incoming patient documents, mail, and correspondence with proper documentation.
• Maintains confidentiality and privacy of all patient accounts; adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
• Performs opening/closing duties and related tasks.
• Executes other duties as assigned.
