Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answer patient/family questions and assist with registrations.
• Maintain patient accounts with demographics, insurance, and billing info.
• Coordinate patient flow and waiting room operations.
• Protect HIPAA privacy and handle documents securely.
• Open/close front desk duties and support team as needed.
