Responsibilities

• Greets families professionally in person and on the phone.
• Answers patient/family questions and seeks clarification when needed.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Registers patients and updates demographics, insurance, and financial information.
• Manages incoming patient documents and correspondence.
• Supports patient care quality initiatives as directed.
• Monitors patient flow and assists with self-registration process.
• Coordinates escalations to ensure timely resolutions.
• Open/close duties including stocking, organizing, and sanitizing.
• Executes other duties as assigned.
