Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Float Pool, covering NICU/PICU/Peds with RWJBarnabas Health. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in a high-energy pediatric setting.

The RN will perform assessments, administer evidence-based care, document in EPIC, and collaborate with physicians to ensure exceptional outcomes for children and families. Night shifts and a 36-hour week are typical.

Competenze

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Experience in emergency room nursing and comfort with EPIC EMR systems.
