Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking a dedicated RN for its Pediatric Float Pool (NICU/PICU/Peds) in Newark, NJ. Night shift, 7p-7:30a, 36 hours weekly, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. Active NJ RN license and BLS required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing and BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; ER/Peds experience desirable and EMR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and recognize clinical changes, intervene early.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families for next steps in care.
• Document accurately in the EMR to ensure safety and continuity.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to improve transitions of care.
• Support a collaborative, fast-paced pediatric float pool team.
