Job summary

Thom Child & Family Services Worcester, MA seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join the Early Intervention team, delivering home and community based services for infants and toddlers birth to three.

You will partner with families to develop IFSPs, provide family-centered therapy, and support development across cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, self-care and motor domains. Salary range is $75,000–$80,000 with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Experience with infants/toddlers and families is preferred.
• EI experience or equivalent with infants/toddlers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status.
• Provide child- and family-centered services for birth to three.
• Develop and implement IFSP goals with families.
• Document progress notes, assessments and correspondence.
