The role focuses on delivering home and community-based services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays, partnering with families to tailor services to their priorities and cultural values.

You will work within an evidence-based framework, schedule generally 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support child development from birth to three

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (MA) with current licensure.
• Experience with infants, toddlers and families preferred.
• Bilingual/Bicultural a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments of developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child and family centered services for birth to three.
• Develop and monitor IFSPs with families.
• Support parent–child interactions to foster development.
• Complete progress notes and reports using the agency system.
• Deliver individual and group interventions for infants/toddlers with delays.
