Thom Child and Family Services in Boston, MA, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention. The role provides home and community-based services to infants and toddlers at risk for delays, partnering with families to tailor services to priorities and culture.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, develop IFSPs, and deliver developmentally appropriate activities. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible schedule.

Formación

• Massachusetts licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Experience with infants, toddlers and families is preferred.
• Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
• Ability to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships with children and caregivers.
• Commitment to delivering individualized and culturally humble services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in multidisciplinary team assessments of the child’s developmental status.
• Assess family and child strengths, resources, concerns, and progress.
• Provide child- and family-centered services for birth to three with parent coaching.
• Coordinate services by scheduling, developing, implementing, and monitoring the intervention plan.
• Develop IFSP goals with families and document progress.
• Support parent-child interactions to promote development.
• Complete progress notes and reports using the Thom electronic documentation system.
• Deliver individual and group interventions for infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
