Formación

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 1 year experience in billing, patient registration, and scheduling, medical insurance verification (Required)
• Proficient typing and basic computer skills; knowledge of medical office workflows

Responsabilidades

• Schedule patients using the department's scheduling system
• Register patient information and verify demographics
• Verify and collect insurance information and referrals
• Assist with billing, collections, and cash handling
• Provide general office support and handle calls and mail
