Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice and troubleshoot issues with a manager.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to policies.
• Ensure accuracy of registrations and cash collections; train staff accordingly.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and staff development; conduct evaluations.
• Admin tasks including payroll; manage requisitions and OCR entry.
