Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and clinic operations in Pediatrics outpatient clinics.
• Mentor and develop staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and teamwork.
• Assist with budget development and cost-effective operations.
• Monitor department productivity and efficiency and implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and leadership to resolve issues.
