ABC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility in North Carolina. You will cultivate a supportive environment for the team, uphold a strong commitment to families, and oversee financial, safety, and compliance aspects of the location.

This role drives monthly KPI tracking, budgets, and staff performance while fostering community engagement and high-quality clinical outcomes in a multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience.
• High EQ and ability to work with families of children with developmental delays.
• Strong and professional communication among department leaders.
• An impact-focused leader who drives exceptional teammate and family experiences.

Responsabilités

• Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance.
• Community engagement: Build strong connections with families and guide onboarding.
• Team leadership: Attract, engage and retain 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions and development plans.
• Plan monthly and quarterly team events and celebrations.
• Collaborate on clinical outcomes with admissions, directors and department leaders.
