The role requires 6+ years of people management experience, a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, and strong communication. ABC offers competitive pay, up to $85k base, a lucrative bonus potential, robust benefits, and clear growth paths within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites or district management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
• High EQ and ability to work with kids with developmental delays and families.
• Strong professional communication among department leaders.
• Demonstrated willingness to take ownership and handle high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Establish strong connections with families, providing education and onboarding guidance.
• Attract, engage and retain 25–50 teammates; conduct performance evaluations and development plans; plan monthly and quarterly events.
• Partner with Clinic Admissions, Clinical Director, and department leaders on operations quality and clinical outcomes.
