Action Behavior Centers in Matthews, NC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the clinic’s daily operations, drive financial and KPI performance, and foster a supportive environment for staff and families. You will lead a large team across the clinic, ensuring high standards of clinical excellence and patient care.

The role emphasizes community engagement, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with admissions, clinical leadership, and department heads to optimize operations

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team across multiple sites/districts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred or considerable management experience.
• High EQ and ability to work with kids with developmental delays and families.
• Strong and professional communication with department leaders.
• Impact-driven leader willing to step in to resolve issues and drive success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs, clinic budgets and team performance monthly.
• Build strong connections with families, guiding them through onboarding.
• Lead 25–50 teammates delivering clinical excellence, with performance evaluations and development plans.
• Partner with Admissions, Clinical Director and leaders on operations quality.
