Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, clinic operations, or a similar clinical environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinic Director with day-to-day clinic operations and organization.
• Monitor budgets and operational expenses.
• Order and maintain therapy supplies, office supplies, equipment, and other materials.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and functional clinic environment.
• Create and maintain organizational systems to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate client and staff scheduling with the Clinic Director.
• Forecast staffing needs based on client demand.
• Assist with staff time-off requests and scheduling gaps.
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for families regarding administrative questions.
