Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to shape a new clinic from the ground up, guiding location, team, and patient experience with clinical leadership. You’ll receive Ivy Health infrastructure and mentorship while building equity in your start-up clinic.

Location is flexible with community-focused growth, and pre-opening salary/benefits support is provided. This is a partner-focused, long-term opportunity in a high-growth pediatric/therapy network.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

Education
