Job summary

Ivy Pediatric Therapy seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up. You will shape location, team, culture, and patient experience with Ivy Health's support.

You'll lead care within your licensed discipline, recruit and mentor staff, and cultivate relationships with referral partners while guiding strategic growth and community outreach. Equity opportunities accompany a rewarding leadership role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, and payer contracting.
