Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a brand-new pediatric clinic from the ground up, leveraging Ivy’s infrastructure and leadership. You will shape the location, team, culture, and patient experience, guided by clinical vision and local relationships.

You will recruit and develop the clinic team, build referral networks, and ensure high-quality patient care while co-creating equity in the practice and benefiting from Ivy’s support, mentorship, and growth

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• Pediatric therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and clinical care standards.
• Help choose market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Cultivate relationships with referral partners and the community.
