Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to lead a newly opened pediatric therapy clinic. You will guide the clinical vision, recruit and develop the team, and build strong relationships with referral partners and the community.

You will work with Ivy Health’s partners across real estate, operations, marketing, finance, and payer contracting to ensure a successful launch and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure in the respective state is required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and clinical standards for the startup clinic.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team and culture.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
• Use clinical and business information to guide growth and performance.
