Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to launch a brand-new pediatric clinic. You will oversee clinical operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and foster relationships with local physicians to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a brand-new pediatric clinic from the ground up, shaping the clinic location, team, culture, and patient experience.
• Oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team and build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across partnerships, real estate, operations, marketing, and payer contracting to support growth.
