Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to lead a brand-new pediatric therapy clinic and equity partnership. You’ll shape the clinic from ground up, select location, recruit the team, and drive patient care within your licensed PT/OT/SLP discipline.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP in respective state required.
• Pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
